Your privacy is important to us.

MY SETTINGS

General:

Careful handling of your personal data is our top priority. We strictly adhere to the data protection provisions of the Data Protection Act (DSG) and the General Data Protection Regulation (EU GDPR) when collecting, processing and using them. You can find out more about how we handle your personal data below..

Data acquisition:

Our data protection regulations apply, among other things, to the use of the contact form and the use of the newsletter on this website. The contact form on our website offers interested people the opportunity to contact us or to interact with us. If you provide us with personal data via the contact form, we will use your personal data so that we can answer your request. When registering for the newsletter, the email address will be used for own advertising purposes until the newsletter subscriber unsubscribes from the newsletter. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time.

What is personal data:

Personal data is all information about those affected by which the identity of the person concerned is determined or can be determined. Information can be any information that is related to or can be brought to a person, such as Your name, address, email address, date of birth. We only request the disclosure of the personal information that we absolutely need to fulfill the order. The data provided will only be used to fulfill the order. Incidentally, the data is not transmitted to third parties unless this is necessary to carry out an inquiry or service.

Use of service providers:

In addition to our own employees, access to your personal data is also limited to employees of additionally commissioned service providers, if necessary to fulfill the order. Our employees, as well as employees of all contracted service providers, are advised of data secrecy and are obliged to handle personal data with care.

Data security:

We secure our website and the other systems with technical and organizational measures against loss, destruction, access, change or distribution of your data and take extensive security measures to protect your data from unwanted access.

Server-Logfiles:

When you visit our website, we save, among other things, for system and data security. The following data (so-called server log files), which your internet browser transmits to us or to our web space provider:
— browser type and version
— Operating system used
— Website from which you visit us “Referrer URL”
— The website you are visiting
— Date and time of your access
— Your Internet Protocol (IP) address.
This anonymous data is stored separately from any personal data you may have provided and therefore does not allow any conclusions to be drawn about a specific person. They are evaluated for statistical purposes in order to optimize our website and our offers.

Cookies:

Our website uses cookies. Cookies are small text files that make it possible to save certain information about you and your usage behavior regarding our website on your end device (e.g. PC, smartphone, tablet). With cookies we can increase the usability of our website, optimize our website and ensure the functionality of our website. You can allow or prevent the storage of cookies even with most browsers. Please note, however, that deactivating cookies can limit the functionality of our website. You can delete cookies that are already stored on your device at any time using the settings in your browser. When you visit our website for the first time, we point out the use of cookies. By clicking on the accept button in this notice or by continuing to browse our website, you agree to the use of cookies.

Google Analytics:

Our website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses so-called “cookies”, text files that are stored on your computer and that allow an analysis of the use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. As part of the IP anonymization on this website, your IP address will be shortened by Google beforehand within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. The full IP address will only be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and abbreviated there in exceptional cases. On our behalf, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide other services related to website activity and internet usage to the website operator. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data. You can prevent the storage of cookies by setting your browser software accordingly. However, please note that if you do this you may not be able to use the full functionality of this website. You can also prevent Google from collecting the data generated by the cookie and relating to your use of the website (including your IP address) and from processing this data by Google by clicking on the following link: http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de Download and install the available browser plug-in. You can find more information on terms of use and data protection at  http://www.google.com/analytics/terms/de.html or under https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies

Google AdWords:

Our website uses the online advertising program “Google AdWords” and as part of Google Ad-Words conversion tracking. Google Conversion Tracking is an analysis service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). If you click on an advertisement placed by Google, a cookie for the conversion tracking is placed on your computer. These cookies have a limited validity, do not contain any personal data and are therefore not used for personal identification. If you visit certain pages of our website and the cookie has not yet expired, Google and we can recognize that you clicked on the advertisement and were forwarded to this page. Every Google AdWords customer receives a different cookie. This means that there is no possibility that cookies can be tracked via the websites of other AdWords customers. The information obtained using the conversion cookie is used to create conversion statistics for AdWords customers who have opted for conversion tracking. This tells AdWords customers the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were redirected to a page with a conversion tracking tag. However, you will not receive any information that can be used to personally identify users. If you do not want to participate in tracking, you can object to this use by preventing the installation of cookies by making the appropriate setting in your browser (deactivation option). You will then not be included in the conversion tracking statistics. By visiting our website, you agree to this procedure. Further information and Google’s data protection declaration can be found at:  https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies.

Einsatz von Google Remarketing:

This website uses the remarketing function of Google Inc. (“Google”). This function is used to present interest-based advertisements to visitors to the website within the Google advertising network. The website visitor’s browser stores so-called “cookies”, text files that are stored on their computer and make it possible for the visitor to be recognized when they visit websites that belong to the Google advertising network. On these pages, visitors can then be presented with advertisements that relate to content that the visitor has previously accessed on websites that use the remarketing function of Google. According to its own information, Google does not collect any personal data in this process. If you still do not want Google’s remarketing function, you can generally deactivate it by making the appropriate settings at http://www.google.com/settings/ads Alternatively, you can deactivate the use of cookies for interest-based advertising via the advertising network initiative by following the instructions at http://www.networkadvertising.org/managing/opt_out.asp Further information on Google remarketing and Google’s privacy policy can be found at http://www.google.com/privacy/ads.

Facebook-Pixel

We use the Facebook pixel from Facebook on our website. We have implemented a code for this on our website. The Facebook pixel is a section of JavaScript code that loads a collection of functions with which Facebook can track your user actions if you came to our website via Facebook ads. For example, when you purchase a product on our website, the Facebook pixel is triggered and stores your actions on our website in one or more cookies. These cookies enable Facebook to compare your user data (customer data such as IP address, user ID) with the data from your Facebook account. Then Facebook deletes this data. The data we collect is anonymous and cannot be viewed by us and can only be used in the context of advertising. If you are a Facebook user yourself and logged in, a visit to our website is automatically assigned to your Facebook user account. We only want to show our services and products to people who are really interested in them. With the help of Facebook pixels, our advertising measures can be better tailored to your wishes and interests. In this way, Facebook users (if they have allowed personalized advertising) can see suitable advertising. Facebook also uses the data collected for analysis purposes and its own advertisements. If you are logged in to Facebook, you can change your settings for advertisements yourself at https://www.facebook.com/ads/preferences/?entry_product=ad_settings_screen FIf you are not a Facebook user, you can basically manage your usage-based online advertising at http://www.youronlinechoices.com/de/praferenzmanagement/ There you have the option to deactivate or activate providers. If you want to learn more about Facebook’s data protection, we recommend the company’s own data guidelines at https://www.facebook.com/policy.php.

Information, correction and deletion of your data:

According to the Data Protection Act, you have the right that we can provide you with information on request about which data we have stored and used by you. If your data stored by us is incorrect, we will correct it on request. You can contact us at the above address. You have the right to block and delete the data stored about you. If the deletion contradicts statutory retention requirements or other statutory reasons, only your data can be blocked instead of the deletion.
